PATEO Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (PATEO Automotive, stock code: 2889.HK) will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 30, 2025. PATEO Automotive plans to offer 10,436,900 H shares globally, including 1,043,700 shares in Hong Kong and 9,393,200 shares internationally, at an offer price of HK$102.23 per share.
