Tesla's Chinese affiliate sued for failing to deliver FSD functionality

Several Tesla owners, frustrated by the failure to implement the FSD feature, have filed a lawsuit against Tesla Motors Sales & Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. in the Daxing District People's Court in Beijing, demanding a refund of their purchase price and triple compensation. The case has now been formally filed.
