Former ZF CEO Koch leaves due to company's financial difficulties

ZF Friedrichshafen AG announced that its current CEO, Alex Koch, will step down on September 30, 2025, and will be replaced by Matthias Middreich, head of the electric drive technology division. Koch's departure is related to the company's financial difficulties, including huge losses and layoffs.
