The Guangzhou Baiyun District People's Court designated Leapmotor and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lingpao Auto Trading Co., Ltd., as dishonest debtors due to a 3.6181 million yuan debt owed by Lingpao Auto Trading Co., Ltd. to Guangzhou Shouqi Auto Service Co., Ltd. Leapmotor founder Zhu Jiangming posted on his WeChat Moments that the three-day height restriction had finally been lifted, adding that the incident had exposed some shortcomings within the team.
