Huawei plans to achieve large-scale commercial use of L3 on highways and pilot L4 in urban areas by 2026, subject to regulatory approval. By 2027, with the widespread adoption of NCA capabilities on highways and in urban areas, L3 will see widespread adoption, L4 in urban areas will enter commercialization, and Robotaxi and trunk logistics will gradually be implemented, ushering in a new era of unmanned transportation for both people and goods.
