Huayou Cobalt receives large order from LGES

Huayou Cobalt announced that it has secured two major product orders totaling 164,000 tons from LGES. Its subsidiary, Quzhou New Energy, has signed an agreement with LGES to supply approximately 76,000 tons of ternary precursor products between 2026 and 2030. Meanwhile, Chengdu Bamo Technology and Hungary's Bamo have signed contracts with LGES and its subsidiaries for the sale of approximately 88,000 tons of ternary cathode materials for batteries during the same period. Industry insiders estimate the value of these transactions at approximately 20.025 billion yuan.
