Jaguar Land Rover announces restart of vehicle manufacturing operations

British automaker Jaguar Land Rover announced that its vehicle manufacturing operations will restart in phases starting October 8th. In addition, Jaguar Land Rover said it is accelerating the implementation of a new financing plan that will provide advance cash to qualified suppliers during the production restart phase.
