GAC Group completes acquisition of Dongben Engine's equity

GAC Group recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Dongfeng Honda Engine Co., Ltd. for RMB 1.172 billion. This acquisition will further strengthen GAC Honda's independent capabilities in the engine field and promote its transformation to electrification and intelligent vehicles.
