Guangzhou Ruili Komi Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's main board on September 29, 2025, marking the company's further development in the field of commercial vehicle active safety systems. Ruili Komi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ruili Group, raised RMB 1.904 billion from the IPO, which will be used to develop a headquarters, R&D center, and information technology projects for intelligent automotive electronic control systems, as well as to supplement working capital.
