The Ministry of Commerce strengthens export controls on rare earth-related technologies

The Ministry of Commerce has further strengthened export controls on rare earth-related technologies, including rare earth mining, smelting and separation, metal smelting, and their carriers. These technologies may not be provided overseas without permission. This move is intended to protect national security and interests and prevent the misuse of these technologies.
