ASML appoints new Chief Technology Officer, Marco Pieters

Lithography machine giant ASML announced that Marco Pieters, former executive vice president of applied products, will be appointed executive vice president and chief technology officer, taking up the new position immediately and reporting directly to president and CEO Christophe Fouquet.
