Innoscience signs placement agreement, plans to place 20.7 million new H shares

Innoscience (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a placing agreement with the placing agent to place 20,700,000 new H shares to strengthen the company's financial strength and support business expansion. The placing price is HK$75.58 per share, representing a discount of approximately 7.88% to the closing price of HK$82.05 per share on the last trading day on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
