The State Administration for Market Regulation has launched an investigation into Qualcomm for allegedly violating the Anti-Monopoly Law by failing to file a concentration of undertakings report in accordance with the law regarding its acquisition of Autotalks. Autotalks is an Israeli company specializing in the development of V2X communication chips. Its products support DSRC and C-V2X standards, improving driving safety and traffic efficiency. Qualcomm plans to integrate Autotalks' technology into its Snapdragon Digital Chassis platform, enhancing its capabilities in intelligent connected vehicle communications, safety warnings, and autonomous driving collaboration.
