Changan Automobile and Huawei deepen cooperation, Avita Technology acquires equity in Huawei's automotive business unit

Changan Automobile announced that its joint venture, Avita Technology, has completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Shenzhen Yinwang, a subsidiary of Huawei, for a total transaction value of RMB 11.5 billion. This transaction marks a deep capital bond between the two parties and lays the foundation for long-term strategic collaboration. Since 2019, Avita's collaboration with Huawei has continued to deepen, with over 3,000 new Avita vehicles delivered to Huawei employees. The two companies plan to jointly launch 17 new models by 2030, covering multiple mainstream market segments.
