OneStar Robotics, founded by Geely's Li Shufu's son, disbands

In 2025, OneStar Robotics, founded by Li Xingxing, son of Geely founder Li Shufu, announced its dissolution less than six months after its founding. The Suzhou-based company was once considered a star project in the field of embodied intelligence, attracting investments from Geely, Baidu Ventures, and others, and collaborating with Fudan University to launch the "Star Wheel 1" robot. However, due to disagreements within the founding team, the company ultimately decided to disband. Reportedly, the company's embodied technology team had become a target of competition among other companies.
