CATL and Hello jointly launched Robotaxi demonstration operation in Liyang

The Robotaxi project, jointly promoted by CATL, the Liyang High-tech Zone government, and Hello, has entered the demonstration operation phase in Liyang, Jiangsu. The project aims to explore future urban mobility models and promote the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry. CATL provides high-performance batteries for the Hello Robotaxi, addressing range and safety issues. This collaboration provides a reference for the nationwide rollout of the Robotaxi system. Furthermore, CATL, Hello, and Ant Group have jointly established Cepheid Intelligence, a company focused on Level 4 autonomous driving technology to provide technical support for the Hello Robotaxi. In the future, the three parties will explore a new "unmanned driving + cultural tourism" model in Liyang.
