Pony.ai and WeRide plan to list in Hong Kong

Pony.ai and WeRide have obtained filings with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and plan to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Pony.ai, which already completed its Nasdaq listing in 2024, will establish a dual listing structure in the US and Hong Kong if its Hong Kong listing goes smoothly. WeRide also plans to issue no more than 102,428,200 shares of its overseas-listed common stock and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
