Fujian Energy Regulatory Office fines Times Energy Storage Company 100,000 yuan

On October 13, the National Energy Administration's Fujian Energy Regulatory Office issued an administrative penalty decision, fining Times Energy Storage (Xiapu) Technology Co., Ltd. 100,000 yuan for violating power production safety laws and regulations. The penalty was based on relevant provisions of the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China," including failure to conduct safety production education and training as required, to accurately record training sessions, and to develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
