Dutch regulators require Tesla's doors to be unlocked even without power

The Netherlands Motor Vehicles Authority (RDW) said it would strengthen rules to ensure safe evacuation of occupants and access to emergency services after a collision, following an investigation that found Tesla vehicles had doors that failed to function when their batteries were depleted.
