Analysis of cumulative sales of new energy light trucks from January to September 2025

From January to September 2025, cumulative sales of new energy light trucks reached 107,000 units, an 80.2% year-on-year increase. Yuancheng New Energy Commercial Vehicles maintained its top position with 24,543 units, accounting for 22.8% of the market. Foton Motor followed closely behind, with cumulative sales of 18,542 units and a 17.3% market share. These two companies combined accounted for 40.1% of the market, demonstrating a high degree of market concentration. JAC Motors, Shaanxi Automobile Group, Sinotruk HOWO Light Trucks, BYD Commercial Vehicles, Weichai New Energy Commercial Vehicles, XCMG Group, and Jiangling Motors also saw varying degrees of growth in their cumulative sales and market share from January to September.
