China Resources Microelectronics' SiC MOS main drive modules are being mass-produced in vehicles

China Resources Microelectronics' fourth-generation SiC MOS main drive module has been successfully introduced to a leading automaker and has achieved mass production. Based on the 1200V SiC MOS G4 platform chip, this module utilizes a ValueDual package, a 6/8-transistor parallel design, and a minimum on-resistance of 1.6mΩ. It belongs to the EconoDULA module category and has demonstrated excellent performance in commercial vehicle main drive systems.
