Pony.ai and Joyson Electronics passed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange hearing

Pony.ai has passed its Hong Kong Stock Exchange hearing and plans to list in the city, having previously listed on Nasdaq, raising $260 million. Joyson Electronics has also passed its Hong Kong Stock Exchange hearing and plans to issue up to 283 million overseas-listed common shares to support its global expansion and technology research and development.
