Nvidia and other consortiums plan to acquire Aligned Data Center for $40 billion

A consortium consisting of Nvidia, Microsoft and xAI plans to spend $40 billion to acquire Aligned Data Center, a deal that will further consolidate their position in the cloud computing field.
