Silan Microelectronics signed investment cooperation agreements with several companies

On the same day, Silan Microelectronics, its wholly-owned subsidiary Xiamen Silan Microelectronics, Xiamen Semiconductor Investment Group and Xiamen Xinyi Technology Industry Co., Ltd. jointly signed an investment cooperation agreement. The Xiamen Branch of the China Development Bank also signed a bank-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement with Xiamen Silan Microelectronics.
