Silan Jihua Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is the implementing entity of the 12-inch chip project

According to the agreement, all parties will jointly operate a joint venture project company, Xiamen Silan Jihua Microelectronics Co., Ltd., in Xiamen's Haicang District, serving as the implementing entity for the 12-inch chip project. Silan Jihua's initial capital for the project was RMB 6.01 billion, with an additional RMB 5.1 billion in registered capital to be jointly subscribed by all parties.
