United Electronics launches single-stage GaN OBC

United Electronics has released a single-stage gallium nitride (GaN) OBC, leveraging GaN's high-frequency, low-loss characteristics to reduce switching losses and minimize magnetic component size. This OBC weighs only 4kg, has a height of 51mm, and a volume of 1.47L. It boasts a maximum power density of 6.8kW/L and a full-load efficiency of 96%.
