WeRide plans to list in Hong Kong, issuing 102.4 million shares

WeRide has obtained a filing notice for an overseas offering and listing, and plans to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, offering no more than 102.4 million shares of its overseas-listed common stock. The company was listed on Nasdaq on October 25, 2024.
