Jaguar Land Rover cyberattack cost UK economy £1.9bn

According to Reuters, the cyberattack suffered by Jaguar Land Rover, a subsidiary of India's Tata Motors, in August this year caused 1.9 billion pounds (about 18.096 billion yuan) in losses to the British economy and affected more than 5,000 organizations across the country. This incident may be the most economically costly cyberattack in British history, with the vast majority of the losses coming from production halts at Jaguar Land Rover and its suppliers.
