Three-level SiC modules are expected to enter mass production in 2026

Fuji Electric and Semikron-Danfoss showcased three-level 1200V SiC modules at the show in September. Fuji Electric's M1206 module has a current capacity of 660A, while Semikron's eMPack module has a current capacity of 600A, suitable for 500kW main drive electronic control applications. Both companies plan to achieve mass production in 2026.
