Lingsheng Power launches direct-contact evaporative cooling solution to improve motor heat dissipation efficiency

Lingsheng Power, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leapmotor, recently launched a direct-contact evaporative cooling solution. This solution utilizes a phase-changeable cooling medium in direct contact with the stator and rotor for heat exchange. Once vaporized, the cooling medium quickly removes heat, achieving efficient heat dissipation and cooling for the electric drive without impacting the existing drive's size. The core of this solution is the dual heat dissipation mechanism of "direct contact + phase change." The entire cooling system relies on a circulating cooling medium, operating under the principle of "heat absorption and evaporation → heat dissipation and liquefaction → cyclic reuse."
