ZF Group makes personnel adjustments and optimizes its organizational structure

On October 23, ZF Friedrichshafen AG announced new appointments and organizational restructuring to advance its strategic realignment. Sebastian Schmidt has been appointed head of the E-Drive Technology division, reporting directly to Group CEO Matthias Middreich. Andreas Moser will also join the ZF Board of Directors, responsible for the Commercial Vehicle Solutions division, the Industrial Technology division, and the India region. Furthermore, the ZF Board of Directors has been reduced from six to five members to enhance decision-making efficiency.
