STMicroelectronics forecasts net revenue of $3.28 billion for the fourth quarter, a 2.9% increase quarter-over-quarter, at the midpoint of its outlook. This forecast includes approximately 290 basis points of unused capacity charges. Based on the midpoint of this outlook, STMicroelectronics anticipates full-year 2025 revenue of approximately $11.75 billion. This represents a 22.4% increase in the second half of the year compared to the first half, confirming signs of market recovery. The gross margin is expected to be approximately 33.8%.
