Hefei's 12 billion high-end photomask project starts construction

The Anhui Jingmei Photomask Project with a total investment of 12 billion yuan started construction in Hefei High-tech Zone, marking an important step for China's independent and controllable capabilities in the field of high-end masks. The project is expected to be put into production in 2027.
