Yingtang Intelligent Control announced the acquisition of Guanglong Integrated Circuit and Aojian Microelectronics

Yingtang Intelligent Control plans to acquire Guanglong Integrated Circuit and Aojian Microelectronics to further expand its semiconductor business. Yingtang Intelligent Control has signed an agreement with Guanglong Integrated Circuit's controlling shareholder to acquire 100% of Guanglong Integrated Circuit's equity through a share issuance and cash payment. Simultaneously, Yingtang Intelligent Control will also acquire a 76% stake in Aojian Microelectronics through the same method.
