German companies provided sensitive supply chain information to China to obtain rare earth licenses

According to Bloomberg, some German companies have provided China with sensitive supply chain information in order to obtain rare earth import licenses. This has given China the opportunity to understand which German industries and companies are most vulnerable and the bottlenecks in their supply chains.
