Zhuzhou CRRC launches 8-inch SiC wafers, with production yield exceeding 6-inch products

CRRC Zhuzhou showcased its 8-inch SiC wafer products at the exhibition, boasting a production yield exceeding that of 6-inch products and offering improved uniformity. CRRC Zhuzhou has also achieved mass production of its 3300V SiC wafers, accelerating market adoption. CRRC Zhuzhou also operates a production line with an annual capacity of 25,000 6-inch SiC chips.
