Qualcomm releases AI200 and AI250 chips

Qualcomm has released its next-generation data center AI inference optimization solutions, including accelerator cards and racks based on the Qualcomm AI200 and AI250 chips. Both rack solutions utilize direct liquid cooling technology to improve heat dissipation efficiency and support PCIe expansion, Ethernet expansion, and confidential computing to ensure the security of AI workloads.
