Yangjie Technology releases third quarter report, further deepening its SiC business layout

According to Yangjie Technology's Q3 2025 report, the company's revenue was approximately RMB 5.348 billion, a year-on-year increase of 20.89%, and net profit was approximately RMB 973 million, a year-on-year increase of 45.51%. The company stated that the semiconductor industry continued to experience strong growth, with automotive electronics, artificial intelligence, and consumer electronics sectors showing robust growth, driving significant growth in the company's main business. Furthermore, the SiC automotive-grade power semiconductor module packaging project commenced construction in May of this year.
