Montage Technology announced that it has completed mass production of its DDR5 fourth-generation register clock driver chip (RCD04). The RCD04 chip is a core component of high-performance server and data center memory systems, with a data transfer rate of up to 7200MT/s, representing an improvement of over 12.5% ​​over the previous generation. In terms of power management, the RCD04 chip optimizes power distribution and dynamically adjusts voltage to achieve power efficiency at higher transfer rates.
