Zhejiang Wanliyang New Materials Co., Ltd. is accelerating the development of its new energy vehicle alloy structural component project.

Since settling in Jiangshan City, Quzhou, Zhejiang Province in 2022, Zhejiang Wanliyang New Materials Co., Ltd. has been fully promoting its project to produce 120,000 tons of alloy structural parts for new energy vehicles annually, adopting a highly efficient "construction and production simultaneously" model. Fan Huihong, the company's die-casting process technology manager, stated that through continuous process optimization, a complete production cycle has been reduced from the initial 140 seconds to 100 seconds, and the daily output of raw shell blanks has stabilized at 5,000 to 6,000 pieces, significantly improving production efficiency.
