WeRide plans to list in Hong Kong and issue shares.

Autonomous driving company WeRide announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 28 that it plans to offer approximately 88 million shares globally, with a maximum public offering price of HK$35 per share. Trading is expected to commence on November 6.
