Shenlong Automobile faces numerous challenges, and its new general manager, Lü Haitao, shoulders a heavy responsibility.

Shenlong Automobile has been struggling financially in recent years, with sales continuing to decline. From January to September this year, it sold just over 30,000 vehicles, a 27.9% decrease year-on-year. To reverse this trend, Shenlong Automobile brought back Lü Haitao, who had previously achieved a sales record of 700,000 units, as its general manager. However, facing internal management chaos and low team morale, Lü Haitao needs to implement a series of measures, including gaining real control from shareholders, addressing the aftermath of the anti-corruption campaign, and introducing external capital, to lead Shenlong Automobile out of its predicament.
