ECARX and ATW Partners enter into securities subscription agreement

ECARX Technology has entered into a securities subscription agreement with ATW Partners, under which the company may issue and sell convertible bonds to ATW Partners for a total amount of up to US$150 million. The proceeds will be primarily used for the company's global business growth.
