Nexperia China issued a letter to its customers stating that Nexperia, a Dutch semiconductor company, has unilaterally decided to cease supplying wafers to its packaging and testing plant in Dongguan, effective October 26, 2025. Nexperia China has not breached its contract, while Nexperia currently owes ATGD RMB 1 billion.
