On October 31, the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) announced an investigation into DJI's European subsidiary and its Italian importer, Nital. The AGCM accuses the two companies of violating EU competition regulations by monitoring retailers' prices, pressuring them to manipulate market prices, and forcing them to fix product sales prices. DJI and Nital allegedly fixed resale prices across their distribution network and prevented any form of price competition by warning retailers who deviated from Nital's website prices and even threatening to cut off supplies.
