On November 3, 2025, Geely Holding Group and Renault Group announced that they had signed a final strategic cooperation agreement in Brazil. According to the agreement, Geely Holding Group and its subsidiary Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (0175.HK) will acquire a 26.4% stake in Renault do Brasil, while Renault Group will retain a controlling stake and consolidate its financial statements.
