China is far ahead in the construction of fast charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

As the world's largest new energy vehicle market, China also leads the world in charging infrastructure development. By the end of 2023, China had 2.726 million public charging piles, accounting for 72% of the global total. It is estimated that by 2035, the cumulative investment in global charging infrastructure will exceed US$104 billion.
