Smart Eye, in collaboration with Sony, is developing next-generation in-vehicle sensing and iris recognition technology to support global safety regulations.

Smart Eye AB announced a collaboration with Sony Semiconductor Solutions to integrate Smart Eye's in-vehicle sensing and biometric authentication software into Sony's newly launched IMX775 RGB-IR image sensor. This collaboration aims to enhance vehicle safety and comfort, and achieve in-vehicle safety certifications, by combining Sony's high-performance imaging technology with Smart Eye's AI technology.
