Microsoft acquires 27% stake in OpenAI

Microsoft and OpenAI announced a series of new agreements, under which Microsoft will acquire a 27% stake in OpenAI, valued at approximately $135 billion. OpenAI has also committed to purchasing $250 billion worth of Azure services.
