ON Semiconductor releases vertical gallium nitride products

ON Semiconductor announced the launch of its vertical gallium nitride (vGaN) product and is providing 700V and 1200V device samples for testing to leading customers in the automotive and artificial intelligence sectors. The technology is developed and manufactured at ON Semiconductor's 66,000-square-foot wafer fab in Syracuse, New York.
